Four Artists You Should Follow

I barely ever do these “Follow them!” posts, but when I do them, they are always about a specific topic. I’ve came across several artists on Tumblr and on the internet in the past few months, and as an artist myself, I’d like to shine some spotlight on them. They are very skilled and inspiring artists, please check them out and tell them I sent you!

Art student from Camberwell College of Arts. I just came across his art very very recently. You can find his detailed and amazing drawings and other artworks on his Tumblr. His stuff is amazing - So different, creative and inspiring.

A short film director from Sydney. Found a bunch of his short music videos and films on Vimeo. My favorite work of his must be “The Fear”, which exploring drugs and sexuality. He knows exactly how to mix images with sounds to create exactly what he wants.

I’ve actually known about him and his work for a pretty long time, but I’ve never really looked at all of them until last week. He’s a graphic student studying in Manila, and his work ranges from vectors illustrations to photo manipulations and so much more. Check out his Tumblr blog and his art!

When I first saw her paintings of Gaga go viral around on Tumblr and Facebook, I immediately became interested, but I was never able to track the artist down until last month when I found out she’s a gigantic Glee and Gaga fan, two of my most favorite things. She does crazy amazing mixed media pieces, which you can find on her DeviantArt page.
