It’s basically going to be a Facebook RP with only the Dalton characters (The Warblers) and we’re going to assume Kurt is not going to leave Dalton. Nothing will be canon (Slight exception for Klaine) and we’re going to create our own storylines and stuff! You’ll be basically creating your own character! It’d be nice if you’ve done RPing before so do tell me in the e-mail if you’ve done para RP or anything before. (NOTE: This is NOT CP Coulter’s Dalton) We may include New Directions in the future. Everyone will probably end up gay, I don’t really care, hahaha.

So Taylor (Yes, Taylor, again, go follow him: http://fuckyeahtaylor.tumblr.com/) and I decided we’d do a Klaine childhood prompt where they basically met 10 years ago but they don’t remember each other. It’s childhood fluff! Pure innocence.

——————————-

Kurt waited for the light to change to the bright walking man symbol before crossing the street, he had just left his dad’s auto shop; Burt normally wouldn’t allow Kurt to visit the shop, it being so dangerous for somebody so small, but it was his birthday so his father had made an exception. Kurt didn’t exactly have many friends, or any really. He wasn’t interested in talking sports with the boys, and the girls thought he was weird because he would always critique their outfits and because he talked with a better vocabulary than then they did. So every year he would spend his birthday, the whole day, with his parents; helping his dad fix cars by bringing him wrenches, and excited knowing that when he got home, his mom would be waiting with a huge birthday cake. Kurt’s mom was an amazing baker and Kurt loved helping her in the kitchen, but he was strictly forbidden on his birthday to see the cake until the great unveil. Kurt was on his way to the ice cream store down and across the street, his dad had said Kurt had earned it for his hard work today, and as long as he promised not to tell his mom, he could get two scoops. But Kurt had decided to himself he would instead buy two single scoops for each of them, so his dad could enjoy as well. Kurt paid for the ice cream, letting the man behind the counter keep the change of the bill, partly because Kurt didn’t understand change, and because it was always important to tip your server, lest you come off looking petty. Or at least, that’s what he heard on the View. Kurt left the store, hearing the bell on it ding behind him, as suddenly he was hit with a thud, knocking him flat over.

Blaine Anderson was pretty sure he bumped into something as he skipped in front of the ice cream store across the street from the small park, his nanny looking at him from afar. He quickly turned around, only to see a bunch of adult legs walking towards him. Blaine raised his eyebrows, moving away to make space for the people walking, only to see another boy with light brown hair and pink cheeks, wearing a bright red bow tie and suspenders sitting on the floor near the ice cream store, crying. Blaine’s eyes scanned the area around the boy, only to see broken cones and scoops of ice cream melting on the pavement. Blaine instantly frowned and quickly ran to the boy, poking him on the shoulders. “I’m so sorry!” Blaine exclaimed, pouting as he swayed lightly, his fingers intertwining each other behind his back.

Kurt wiped his arm across his face, his cheeks flushing red with anger at the boy who had ran into him, spilling not only his, but the ice cream meant for his dad as well “What is wrong with you!?” he yelled, “Don’t you watch where you are looking!? If you got a haircut and maybe you could see where you were going!” he huffed.

Blaine frowned, brushing the curls out of his eyes and pouted at the boy. “I said I was sorry…” Blaine said, looking down in guilt, extending his hand out, just in case the other boy needed help getting up.

Kurt swatted the boys hand away, standing up on his own brushing himself off. “I can help myself thank you…And you got it all over my shirt!” He saw a dark stain on the bottom of his shirt and licked his thumb, beginning to scrub at it furiously. “This isn’t just a shirt from Walmart! It’s from Target!” he stated, it being the better of the two competing superstores. For one it was red, which was much better than navy. He was also quite fond of the combination of red and navy, although.

Blaine continued to frown. “I’m sorry! I’ll buy you new ice-cream, okay?” Blaine said, smiling at the other boy, hoping he would accept his offer. “Please?”

Kurt huffed. “Okay.” he accepted the fair agreement, his mother always telling him it was better to forgive, and make compromise instead of conflict. He smiled back at the other boy, before observing him for a moment. “Whoa.” he stated, “Your hair is really really curly!” he laughed, poking it to see if his finger would bounce off of it.

Blaine blushed as he felt the boy’s finger in his hair. “Y…Yeah…” He stammered. “My mom and dad both have straight hair… I don’t know why mine is so… big.” Blaine said, laughing at himself. “I know, I want to cut it too.” Blaine said, smiling shyly at the other boy.

Kurt smiled, continuing to poke his hand against the boys fluffy hair, “You’re like a sheep!” he giggled. “It’s cute!” he thought about the choice of wording for a moment. Normally that’s the word boys and girls called each other, but his dad had called him a cute kid before, so it must’ve been okay for guys to call each other that too. Kurt lowered his hand and extended it to the boy “Kurt Elizabeth Hummel.” he introduced himself formally.

Blaine took the boy— Kurt’s hand happily. “Blaine Anderson.” Blaine said, shaking his hand slightly, holding it tight as he ran into the ice cream store with the other boy, walking up to the counter and ordered a scoop of chocolate ice cream for himself. “What do you want?” Blaine asked, smiling at Kurt.

Kurt smiled back at the boy, his hand still holding Blaine’s, and looked up to the ice cream fridge. He didn’t want to make the boy pay for two ice creams, and decided that his dad would understand, especially since Kurt was making a friend. “Pralines and cream.” he ordered to the man behind the counter, whom was normally very friendly, but seemed to be looking really grumpy since Blaine and himself had walked in together, his eyes kept darting between the two as he served them.

Blaine smiled as the man handed both of them their ice cream, paying him and telling him to keep the change. Their hands still intertwined, Blaine pulled Kurt along with him to a table near the window and sat down, gesturing Kurt to do the same as he licked his ice cream.

Kurt hopped up on the chair licking his ice cream as well, which was delicious. “So where are you from?” Kurt questioned “I haven’t seen you at school.” he let his eyes wander, and saw the ice cream man go into the backroom, and begin to dial his phone, closing the door when he saw Kurt’s gaze.

Blaine laughed a little. “I’m from Westerville. I’m visiting my cousin here!” Blaine said, noticing his nanny outside the store, patiently waiting for him.

Kurt frowned. “So that means I won’t see you at school…” he addressed to himself out loud sadly. Go figure, the one person his own age he not only got along with, but wanted to get along with as well. He sighed, putting his hand on the table. For some reason kind of hoping Blaine would touch it again. He liked having his hand held, and Blaine was the first non adult to hold his hand, it made him feel special.

Blaine looked up at Kurt after glancing at his hand. “Can I hold your hand? Your hand is really soft.” Blaine said, putting his hand on top of Kurt’s and held it softly anyways.

Kurt nodded, smiling as the boy’s hand rested upon his. He looked into the boys eyes for a moment. “You have really cool eyes! It’s almost gold like… like… that fossil amber stuff…Like in that Jurassic Park movie!” He smiled, he loved that movie.

Blaine laughed at the Kurt’s compliment, instantly noticing his own big ice blue eyes. “Yours are beautiful as well!”

Kurt‘s cheeks burned from blushing turning away from the boy. He sighed loudly, looking out the window. “Hey that’s my dad!” he smiled, waving out the window to the man, who looked concerned, and as if he had just ran all the way to the store. His dad entered the store staring at himself, then to Blaine, then to their connected hands, then to the man behind the counter, then back to Kurt. “This is Blaine!” Kurt proclaimed happily. He saw his dad silently nod before walking over to the counter, and walking with the man into the office, closing the door. “…That…was…weird..? ” he noted, looking back to Blaine, “He’s really friendly I swear!”

Blaine nodded, slightly scared by the bigger man, before hopping off his chair “I just have to use the bathroom, I’ll be right back!” he smiled, walking across the store into their rest room.

Kurt watched as the boy closed the door, and turned his attention to the room where his dad was. He could hear their voices talking loudly, a little too loudly. Was his dad shouting at the man? Suddenly the door barged open and he dad, who was red faced came over and took Kurt by his arm. Pulling him off the chair, yelling something about never coming back to a place run by ignorant jerks, Kurt struggled slightly against his dad’s pull, but left with his dad out the door, the bell clanging loudly as his dad slammed the door behind them.

Blaine flushed the toilet, and washed his hands, trying them with the paper towel hanging from the wall. He opened the door to see Kurt, but saw the shop was empty, sans the ice cream man, now on the phone with yet another person, looking visibly shaken and angry.  Blaine scanned out the window, looking to see signs of his new friend, but saw nothing. Blaine felt a frown fall upon his face, having not gotten any of the boy’s information, and already forgotten his last name.  He sighed and left the store to meet up with his nanny, as the two of them prepared to go home, looking over his shoulder occasionally to see if he could see Kurt.

Kurt had made it around the corner of the street with his dad, before gasping; remembering he hadn’t asked for the boy’s house number. “Dad, wait!” he yelled, squirming his arm free from his father, “Be right back I promise!” he turned around and sprinted as fast as he could around the corner and down the street, running to the window in front of the ice cream store and peering in, seeing it empty and desolate, his eyes scooted quickly to the bathroom door which was open, displaying it’s unoccupied residence. Blaine had left, and Kurt had no way of contacting the boy who lived out of town. Kurt felt a twinge in his heart, and his eyes well up slightly, as he looked down to his small hand that had held Blaine’s, wondering if he would see the boy ever again. He felt a large hand rest on his shoulder, looking up to see a sympathetic Burt, who offered a somber “I’m sorry kiddo.” before hoisting the boy up atop his shoulders, carrying him back to the auto shop where their car was. Kurt’s thoughts were suddenly filled with thoughts of the birthday cake waiting for him at home, and even though he wasn’t really hungry, he couldn’t wait to tell his mom about the friend he had made today.

So Taylor (Go follow him: http://fuckyeahtaylor.tumblr.com/) and I did another Nick/Jeff fluff RP, this time a conversation taking place right after their ‘Animal’ performance in Sexy. It’s a little sexy, but it’s super fluffy.

“It’s See-Through?” Nick/Jeff - After ‘Animal’

——————————————-

Jeff shook his wet hair free of soap suds, slightly put of breath from the number. The warblers had been a solid unit during the performance, but the moment it was over had dispersed into a frenzy of phone number exchanges with the girls of Dalton’s sister school Crawford. Jeff himself had danced with a lovely young lady earlier in the performance, but he hadn’t really been focused on her after the fact, despite her currently talking to him. During the entire number, there was only one person he found himself watching, unable to avert his eyes from them… tuning out of the girl whose name he had forgotten, he glanced over to Nick, who was currently taking three phone numbers from three different girls at once. Jeff couldn’t tell from where he was, but he was sure 2 of them were twins. Feeling a slight twang of jealously, albeit for the girls, not Nick, he smiled seeing Nick nervously stammering to the ladies, trying to make up some excuse about calling them. That was Nick all right…

Nick faked an awkward yet believable smile at a girl and turned away, before noticing her again, or well, her twin. Nick smiled and took their phone numbers, before noticing Jeff glancing at him. Nick quickly smiled back and raised his hand up slightly and gestured him to come over. He wasn’t exactly comfortable around girls giving him phone numbers, especially when they look the same.

Jeff smiled when he met Nicks glance and happily walked over to rescue Nick from the sirens before him. He had hoped he hadn’t misinterpreted Nicks call for help, and was about to perform the biggest cockblock Dalton had ever seen. Jeff ran up behind Nick, jumping slightly as he wrapped his arms around Nick from the back, leaning over his shoulders and throwing on a slightly effeminate voice. “Oh girls, wasn’t he just lovely?” he asked enthusiastically to the three girls who were staring, now painfully confused at Nick, then to Jeff, then to Nick again. “I’m glad I snagged this one up quick before the other boys got him, how’d I ever get so lucky?” he sighed into nicks neck. He held his position there for a moment, before looking up to the girls awkwardly making their sudden goodbyes to Nick and Jeff, before walking away giggling, over to Thad. “He owes us.” Jeff said, dropping his arms from Nick, returning to his normal voice. “So do you, buddy.” he laughed “I mean, sweetie.”

Nick glanced at Thad and let out a laugh at his awkward smolder that appeared on Thad’s face. “Well, that was an interesting performance.” Nick said, kicking his jacket up from the floor with his foam-covered leather shoes. He quickly tossed it over his back, feeling the wetness and heaviness of it on his shoulder. “What did you think about it?” Nick asked as he shook his head, trying to get rid of the foam in his hair.

Jeff couldn’t help but notice that Nick’s white school shirt had become slightly transparent from the soap suds, clinging to his body, exposing the toned stomach and chest Nick had earned, but never boasted about. That was the thing about Nick was that he was absolutely striking. He was probably one of the hottest boys at Dalton, but he never bragged about it, or even seemed to notice for that matter. “I think we did amazing. You did amazing!” he added. “Somebody looked sexy out there.” he added with a wink.

Nick laughed loudly and shrugged, “Well, that someone is definitely you.” Nick said. “But thank you… I kind of really liked the choreography.” Nick said, loosening his tie. “I think I’m a better dancer now.”

Jeff rolled his eyes. “It was good! I see you took it upon yourself to add some improvs to yourself?” he said, nodding at the blazer Nick had thrown off mid performance, and vaguely remembering the brief grinding that had taken place that Jeff didn’t seem to remember in the original number practice. “Sure I was good, but I don’t think those ladies… Or myself, could take their eyes off of you! You’re turning me gay here, Nick.” he laughed lightly at his words, regretting saying them, for the truthfulness behind them.

Nick raised his eyebrows at Jeff’s statement… or joke.. Nick was unsure. “T..Thank you.” Nick stuttered. “Well… I was king of sweating… and someone else was doing it too.” Nick cleared his throat and looked up at Jeff again. “You were pretty sexy too.” Nick said, complimenting the taller boy.

Jeff tousled Nick’s wet hair messily as a response to the boy’s compliment, hearing an audible “Awwhhh…” coming from the twin girls he had sent off, now sitting across the large open space, watching the two intently, before breaking into giggles and whispering to each other. “Oh for heaven’s sake.” he said exasperated. “Women… I don’t understand their fascination with two men flirting at all.” not noticing the wording he had just used to describe nick and himself.

Nick gulped. “Flirting.. what.. I..” Nick mumbled softly. Instead of correcting himself, he let out a soft and slightly awkward laugh as he shrugged at Jeff. “I don’t know either…” Nick said, trailing off as he ran his fingers through his wet hair, pushing it back.

Jeff had been too busy scowling at the girls to have heard Nicks mumbling “sorry what’d you say Nick? I- hey! Your hair looks hot like that!” he observed the boys new hairstyle, however still preferring the boy’s usual style. “What about me? Think I could go for a new look?” he asked, running his fingers through his hair, pushing his bangs out of his face; his wet hair actually staying in place rather than fall right back into the counterproductive position

Nick blushed when Jeff complimented his hair and clasped his lips together. “Oh? Uh… thanks. You uh… look good like that, I guess.” Nick said, smiling at Jeff. “You barely got wet!” Nick said, shrugging as he observed Jeff. His blazer was still on him and there were barely any foam on Jeff, except for his hair, now pushed back.

Jeff shrugged his shoulders, slightly mocking Nick. “What can I say, I’m a master at the art of… Whatever the hell it is we just did.” he smiled, “Besides, who wants to see me soaking wet in a see through shirt? It’s just not a pretty sight. Unlike your muscles, so jealous…” he said, patting a hand against Nick’s stomach.

Nick gasped when he felt Jeff’s hand on his stomach, blushing instantly at the touch and at Jeff’s comment. “I…It’s see through?” Nick asked, looking down at his body.

Jeff smiled, leaving his hand on Nick’s stomach a second too long, before softly dragging it off. “I thought you did that on purpose? Certainly adds to the sex appeal!” he looked up to Nick, and saw the boy had turned a light shade of pink. “Nick, you’re blushing! Why?” he pondered aloud before looking over his shoulder “what, did one of the girls smile at you?” he asked, scanning the place, which was gradually emptying out

Nick glanced at Jeff’s hand before he blushed even more, shaking his head. “No.. I didn’t know It was see through…” Nick said, grabbing his wet and heavy blazer from his shoulder and quickly put it on and buttoning it. He looked up at Jeff shyly. “No… I don’t know.” Nick said, only to be greeted by Jeff’s smile when he looked back at him. That’s definitely why he was blushing. That smile.

Jeff’s grin grew larger at the boys modesty, “Now what’d you put that back on for?” he asked about the boys blazer. He realized suddenly that essentially everything he had said to the boy all day had been flirtatiousness; pick up lines, and compliments. He was starting to doubt how much he was actually kidding when he said his words. The warehouse had almost all but cleared now, aside Kurt and Blaine, who sat far away on the mock stage, focused on each other than nick and Jeff. Jeff looked at Kurt for a moment, who was looking at Blaine. Was he falling for Nick like Kurt was for Blaine? He looked back to his friend to be greets with a grin “What got you to smile? I haven’t see you this happy in awhile!”

Nick continued to blush deeper as Jeff continued. “Stop saying that….” Nick said, regarding Jeff’s question about why he put his blazer on. “You’re going to kill me… you know how I get when… yeah…” Nick said, trailing off. “I’m just… happy.” Nick said, shrugging slightly as he noticed the two other boys leaving the stage, quickly waving at them. Nick shot a smile back at them, before returning his attention to Jeff. “They’re really adorable together.”

Jeff smiled as he waved goodbye to the boys, not understanding the look Kurt had given them. Jeff hadn’t noticed that he smiled and waved in perfect unison with Nick, and how suspicious it must have looked to somebody else. “They really are.” he said softly, before chuckling and shouldering Nick “hey, we’re cuter.” he said. “Sorry… I’ll stop.” he bit his lip, seeing how dark red Nick had turned, he really had to control himself, as his words were just flying out of his mouth now, and especially now that Jeff was painfully aware that the two of them stood alone.

Nick briefly smiled at Jeff, before moving closer to him and pulling him into a hug, burying his face into Jeff’s shoulders. He felt as if that hug was meant to last forever, even though he was wet and it was cold, and they were in the middle of an old warehouse. “Thank you so much for being my best friend…” Nick said into Jeff’s shoulders. He remembered how they both met each other before their first high school year, and how he remembered himself being shy and awkward, but Jeff was the only person to see the real him and has seen it all along. He felt as if that hug lasted a little too long, so he slowly let go of Jeff, quickly increasing the distance between each other. He could feel his face blush softly, a lot lesser than before.

Jeff initially hesitated as Nick put his arms around him, before throwing his arms around Nick in an embrace. He wasn’t sure what this was for, but he didn’t want to let go. Even though the huh had been several seconds, things hadn’t felt awkward at all. He moved an arm to wrap around Nick’s waist, holding him in the embrace. “Thanks for what..?” he asked finally, remembering he had a voice.

Nick looked down at his feet. “F…For… for being my friend.” Nick shyly said, slowly glancing up at Jeff, meeting his eyes. His statement wasn’t entirely true, considering he… wanted to be more than friends, but he knew under the circumstances, Nick knew Jeff naturally flirted with him, without knowing the effects of what he did to Nick.

Jeff frowned that Nick had stopped at the word friend, although Nick couldn’t see the frown due to their current embrace. “I’ll always be here for you.” he said finally. “However you want me.” what Jeff had meant by that statement was, he’d be there for Nick as long as nick wanted him, but he realized too late his wording had been thrown into interpretation, and began to prepare his backpedaling speech for when Nick freaked out, telling them they were just friends

Nick looked into Jeff’s eyes, being slightly mesmerized by its colors. “And what way is that….” Nick accidentally slipped out. “I mean. Um….” Nick trailed off. He didn’t want to slip again. He couldn’t risk his friendship with Jeff.

Jeff felt his head drift down, bangs now covering his eyes, a distraction he used to “hide” when he was nervous. “Yeah… Never mind… I’m being silly is all.” of course Nick only wanted to be friends. Just because the boy was bisexual didn’t mean that he had a thing for Jeff. So why was it they were still hugging..? Jeff couldn’t find it in himself to lift his head quite yet.

Nick slowly pushed Jeff’s hair out of his eyes, still in Jeff’s embrace. He slowly smiled at Jeff and shrugged slightly.

Jeff shivered feeling nick’s hand brush through his hair, being as to see again, he looked into Nick’s peaceful gaze, and leaned forward, kissing Nick’s forehead gently. “Thank you.” he said softly, being dangerously close to Nick’s lips.

Nick softly blushed as he felt Jeff’s lips on his forehead. “Iloveyouokay?” Nick quickly blurted out, before instantly looking down, afraid to look up, part of him hoping Jeff heard him, another part of him scared of what Jeff would say. He never told anyone about his… affection for Jeff, and saying this out loud lifted a lot of weight off of his shoulders.

Jeff felt his jaw fall slightly when he heard Nick blurt out that he loved Jeff. Loved him, not liked as a friend. He found himself smiling despite himself, and picked up Nick’s chin with a single finger, bringing it up to meet his eyes. “Promise?” he asked smiling.

Nick blushed and nodded, unsure what Jeff meant, but he nodded anyways. He looked into Jeff’s eyes and instantly felt a smile on his face as he looked into Jeff’s eyes.

Jeff closed his eyes, and exhaled slightly, and he leaned in again to kiss Nick. This time making direct contact with Nick’s lips. The kiss was only a quick, innocent peck that held for a moment on the contact. Jeff had never felt this way before, having such a connection with a boy, a person in general. He smiled quickly “Iloveyoutoookay?” he said impossibly fast, slightly mocking Nicks earlier admission

Nick smiled brightly as their lefts moved apart. “Really?” Nick asked out loud, already knowing the answer, even though he was both shocked and surprised. “Is this a prank or something?” Nick nervously asked.

Jeff looked down again “This isn’t a prank I swear… I mean it…” he said, afraid Nick had just gone along with this, thinking it to be a joke.

Nick smiled softly. “C…Can I kiss you?” Nick shyly asked.

Jeff lifted his head again to stare at Nick, grinning, he nodded. He’d never been kissed before.

Nick slowly moved his head closer, before slowly pressing his lips onto Jeff’s soft ones. He hasn’t ever felt this way about anyone before, and Nick was pretty sure the kiss was lasting forever, and he honestly wishes it would last forever.

Jeff kept his eyes closed as he returned Nick’s soft, yet passionate kisses. He wasn’t sure how long they had been kissing for. A minute… two minutes…an hour.. He was lost in a zone that held no time, but only emotion and feeling that was finally being reciprocated throughout Nick and himself, he’d been waiting for this moment his entire life, he just hadn’t realized it before.

I’m doing a Nick/Jeff fluffy RP with a friend right now, here’s a snippet:

——————————————

Jeff sat outside the large wooden doors of the choir room, eagerly waiting for his best friend, Nick to return from his audition for the solo of the Warblers next performance. Competition was not new to the boys, however neither of them had ever been the final two to place before, placing them directly against one another. Even now however, there was no more tension than that of healthy competition, should Nick best him, there would be no, if not minimal and temporary hard feelings. Jeff had already performed his solo, doing a cover of Franz Ferdinand’s “No You Girls” which seemed to go overwhelming well in terms of reaction. Now he sat outside the doors, leaning trying to listen in on Nick’s song selection, and how he was doing, but only being able to hear his voice when he hit stronger notes, unable to make out the song, it sounded as if though Nick was going all out though. Jeff smiled, thinking about his quiet, shy, and awkward friend became a totally different person when he sang.

Nick sighed as he opened the door of the choir room, stepping out shyly before closing it gently. He quickly saw Jeff and smiled at him, sitting right next to him. He had just finished performing his rendition of Katy Perry’s “The One Who Got Away”, unsure if the council liked his performance at all. He remembered not reaching a note during the first verse, but he hoped the council would forget it after he finished his performance. He was very doubtful of his performance, but wished for the best. He knew he wouldn’t be mad if his roommate and long time crush Jeff win the solo. He turned his head to Jeff and smiled. “I think you’re going to get it.”

Jeff looked sympathetically at his friend, throwing his arm around the boys shoulder and pulling him into a one armed hug, before releasing him. “Have more confidence Nick!” he said encouragingly, he knew his friend had low esteem, although with his body, face, and talent, Jeff had no idea why. “I heard some of your notes, I think we’re gonna be puh-ritty even in there. The council will just have to let us duet, you watch.” he said playfully tapping the boys shoulder

Nick shrugged. He wasn’t exactly low in confidence, he just felt slightly awkward and doubtful of things very often. “Thanks.” Nick shrugged again witha soft laugh. “I’m sure you’re going to get it.” Nick said as he heard the door open, seeing Blaine and Thad walking out of it. He felt his heart skip a beat and clenched his fists nervously.

Jeff felt anxious as his friends came thriugh the doors, but not as visibly apparant as nick, whos knuckles had turned white from his grip. Jeff extended his hand to nicks fist, giving his friend a reassuring squeeze, before looking back to his judges.

Nick slightly blushed when he felt Jeff’s hand on his own, allowing him to relax. He quickly turned to Blaine and Thad. “Congratulations, Jeff.” Blaine said with a wide smile. Thad quickly nodded and smiled, before shooting an apologetic look to Nick. Nick sighed heavily and glanced at Jeff, smiling at him. “Congrats.” Nick shrugged, trying to paint a smile on his face.

Jeff felt a frown fall upon his face. He didn’t know why, but he actually felt disappointed that Nick hadn’t won. ‘this is insane’ Jeff thought, ‘you’ve been wanting this for months.. How can you feel disappointed?!’ he looked over to Nick, seeing his false and polite smile, but seeing the dissapointment in his eyes. That was why. Before Jeff knew what he was doing he turned to the councilmen and asked “are you sure?” he blurred out. “I think you should give Nick another chance.. He sounded super amazing from what I heard out here.” he bit his lip slightly. debating the council was always a faux pas, but one had never done it when they had WON before. “

Nick furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head. “I told you you were going to get it. You’re going to sound so good!” Nick said as he shrugged, smiling at Blaine and Thad before quickly pacing down the hallway.

Jeff was shocked to see the boy leave in such a hurry, and knew his friend too well to know what that meant, although he was sure anyone with an eye could tell. He bit down hard on his lip again, before turning to Thad.

Nick found his way to his dorm room and sighed in relief. He was happy that his best friend got the solo, but couldn’t help but feel disappointed at himself.

Jeff exited the choir room for the second time, closing the door behind him, deciding to hurry to find Nick, and tell him about he insanity that had just taken place.

Nick found himself sketching again, and he usually did amazing sketches when he’s feeling down, and this time he looked into Jeff’s eyes as he drew him in his sketchbook.

Jeff opened the dorm door shyly, though he wasn’t exactly sure why, since it was his room too. He glanced across the room to see Nick sketching furiously at something. He knew Nick was an amazing artist, though he often wouldn’t let Jeff see what he was drawing, and when he tried, Nick would end up putting the book away. It always made Jeff curious as to what exactly he was drawing. “Hey you!” he said brightly, loosening his tie and letting it hang from his neck

Nick heard Jeff and looked up, quickly closing his sketchbook and placing it in a drawer. “Hi.” Nick shrugged at Jeff, smiling widely.
